I was thinking lately, how little I know about so many aspects of photography. How much have to learn. Suddenly I found article about Kruger-Dunning effect. It was very comforting lecture. According to Kruger and Dunning there is clearly a pattern between knowledge and modesty. Like my grandma used to say ” the bell is so loud just because it’s empty inside”. To illustrate this more clearly, here you have a graph.
So where am I on this graph? I like to think I’m going down already, just under the dotted line. I think that i’ve passed the know it all time. Now I understand how much more there is to learn. Although I know thing or two about taking photos but there is so much space to grow for me, that is’t intimidating a little.
